Week beginning 25th September

Has anyone else noticed the definite shift to autumn over the last week? The sea definitely felt different when I swam at Carsaig on Sunday, although I did make it out to Frothy Rock and back.

Just a brief update today as we will be seeing many of you this week for one to one discussions about your child’s learning. We can’t wait to see you in person or talk to you on the phone or via video link!

Playground development project – update:

Dear Tayvallich families

Next Wednesday or Thursday afternoon, when you are in school for parent’s afternoon appointments, please take some time to visit the cloakroom display to look at our ideas and plan for the development of the school grounds. If you are having a telephone or online appointment and would like to see the display at a different time please speak to staff.

We are working together to improve our play time experiences and make sure we all enjoy the right to rest, relax and play. So far we have had lots of great ideas!

The Parent Council are very kindly funding any new equipment and have asked us to create a wish list. Please come and view our wish lists and any ideas or suggestions to our plan.

We will then seek Parent Council approval of our lists and hope to start ordering new items very soon. There are lots of things that school or community members may have that we can collect and re-use, so we will be in touch about that soon too.

Many thanks

Primary 1-7 pupils.

Reminder

Ipay Impact – please remember to make meal choices for the week.

Have a great week and you know where I am, if you need anything. Lena
