Whole School Trip

Thank you so very much to everyone for making our whole school learning trip such a fabulous success. Everyone who has fed back to me has commented on what polite, intelligent and kind children we have.

Many thanks once again to the Parent Council for fundraising and making the trip possible.

Please check back soon on the website for a gallery of photos taken on the day. Although Mr Carter could not make the trip, he has done a great job of editing the pictures I took! He was also delighted to receive the thank you gift that you gave him after he did the school photos last year and the Christmas show video and pictures. I am very lucky to be married to such a talented photographer!

Daffodil Tea.

To finish off the end of the term and celebrate spring, the children across Primary 1 to 7 are arranging a Daffodil Tea on the afternoon of Wednesday 27^th March. Each child can invite 2 adult guests; this week they have been writing their invitations as part of their literacy work. The P5,6,7 class may have given you their invitations earlier this week as they had finished them; if not, please look in school bags! The P1 to 4 class have their invite letters in bags today. Please RSVP as detailed on the invite by Friday 22^nd at the latest.

Red Nose Day

Today we have been doing lots of funny things for money! I think the best part was my AMAZING jokes at break, although the children seemed to disagreed and were very glad when we reached £50 and I could stop!! There will be pictures next week of all the fab activities and as always, I am hugely grateful to my right-hand fundraising women, Eileen and our Primary 6 fundraising lead.
