Happy Halloween from Tayvallich Primary School!
School Trip-Glasgow Science Centre
As you know we are due to have our trip to the Glasgow Science Centre on Wednesday 5th November. Thank you for returning your permission slips, we are really looking forward to the day. Reminder- please bring a packed lunch, water bottles and jackets. Pupils must wear school uniform so we can identify you as Tayvallich but please don’t worry if there is no school badge. We are leaving from Glassary Primary School sharp at 7.45 – please make sure you know how you’re getting there ahead of time as unfortunately we cannot organise transport to Glassary for you.
Child Smile
Child Smile came to visit us this week, and they were very happy with the way we brush our teeth. Well done to all our pupils for brushing so well and representing our school so positively.
Parties
The following events have been added to the calendar:
- The Parent Council Halloween Party at the Village Hall: Sunday 2nd November 4-6pm
- The Parent Council Christmas Party at the Village Hall: Sunday 14th December 4-6pm
- Both of the above are organised by the parent council but there will be lots of volunteers needed to help on the day – if you haven’t done so already, please reach out if you can offer a hand

We are very pleased to announce that school photographs have been rescheduled for Friday 14th November at 9.30.
