P5-7 have been continuing to work hard on their understanding of STEM. Over the past few weeks we have been learning how to make a water wheel, a hydro scheme, batteries (from pennies, cardboard and vinegar) as well creating the beginnings of our sustainable school for the STEMOVATORS competition. We have been using our understanding of Nets and 3D shape learned from Mrs Mes to create the outline of our school. We even looked at sustainable furniture, priced up the potential cost to renew our classroom and decided where it would go.
